La Iglesia Presbiteriana Sin Heng nació en 1982 con un grupo de inmigrantes taiwaneses cristianos que se establecieron junto con sus familias en Buenos Aires. Comenzaron utilizando el templo de la Iglesia Presbiteriana San Andrés, hasta que algunos años más tarde se instalaron en el hoy conocido, Barrio Chino, con un fuerte compromiso con la educación de idioma chino mandarín y gran influencia en la comunidad oriental.

Con el paso del tiempo, las generaciones más jóvenes tuvieron la necesidad de actividades en español. Esto derivó en la inclusión de cultos en ese idioma abiertos para la comunidad.

Actualmente, mantienen sus ministerios en idioma taiwanés, español y chino mandarín, siendo así una comunidad cristiana multicultural.
